1:1 Personal Training

We provide one to one training sessions, these sessions are fully tailored to you, and you will receive ongoing guidance and motivation. Training sessions are held at our friendly studio.

Fitness Classes

Join in with our larger group classes, including aerobics, circuits and HIIT workouts. These sessions are designed to be fun and energising, while also providing a great workout.

Wellness Classes

Join our Yoga classes, to help you relax and unwind. Or our PiYo classes to help you build strength and flexibility.

Small Group Training Sessions

We also offer small group training sessions in our private studio, these are great for family, friends or those who want personal training sessions in a more social setting. Please be aware spaces are limited as these sessions are very popular.

Prerecorded Workouts

We can offer on request a selection of prerecorded workouts, these are great for those who want to workout at home or on the go. We have a range of prerecorded workouts, including Yoga, BodyCombat, Low Impact Toning and Strengthening workouts and much more.

Nutrition Plans

We can provide you with a bespoke nutrition plan, this is tailored to your needs and goals. We can also provide you with ongoing support and guidance to help you achieve your goals.
